…and now that the ChatGPT part is out of the way, come early if you can to help sort bottles for the Oktobersbest competition this weekend. Officers will be arriving around 6:30pm to begin sorting.
Cheerio! For the September meeting, we will be tasting and evaluating our second annual Fantasy Homebrew Draft. Last July, thirteen gr-r-eat homebrewing captains were assigned a yeast, a hop, and a drafting order to draft a base malt, two specialty malts, one hop, one process variable (which may have been loopy fruits or spices like crunchy cinnamon), and one breakfast cereal. Some beers may turn out golden while others may be darker, like cocoa. From the pebbles and puffs of krispy grain, there were no lucky charms with these brewers, they have life time of experience! So come help decide who goes on the front of the Wheaties box!
