For the May meeting, we will be talking about barrel aged beers, with some homebrew samples as well as commercial samples. Central to this meeting will be a discussion on the use of homebrew-scale barrel alternatives, like oak chips, cubes, and spirals.
The meeting is on May 8 at 7:30 PM at Queen City Clay.
2025 Dues Are Due
Dues for 2025 are due – bring cash or check to the meeting or pay via PayPal. Dues are $20 per household per year.
